  I've dealt with this pharmacy for the past few years until just recently. I am generally a very loyal customer, but have had numerous negative and very frustrating experiences that I was compelled to find a new pharmacy. This pharmacy has done everything from filling wrong prescriptions to not filling important ones required before long term travel. I was unable to fill my last prescription through their automated phone service so I left a voice mail message for them to return my call. NO ONE returned my call, so 8 hours later, I tried again. Unable to reach a pharmacist once again was the straw that broke the camel's back, and I finally transferred my business to a different pharmacy. Bonus: The new pharmacist informed me of a new generic drug to try which saved me $100 on one refill! Customer service is absolutely not an asset of the owner Ian Delmage. Save yourself the unnecessary frustration and give your business to someone who deserves it. Put money in your pocket at the same time!
