- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2020-07-10, by KypcrowOur house burnt down on Sept 29th. The next Monday we went into this store. We bought furniture for a rental home that was supposed to be pick that Friday. Friday furniture wasn't there, and the sales manager promised it would be there on Tuesday. We still have not received our furniture. So far we are out $300 in moving costs and $1000+ in hotel fees due to having no funiture.There is no was no way to contact anyone up the chain of command. My recommendation is shop anywhere else.
