  We purchased our appliances for our new house with Coast and were truly lucky to have dealt with Carl. He was such a great help throughout the entire process and was really understanding with the circumstances of the build. He made sure we were happy with all of the appliances we chose and was very patient with us as we changed appliances. He always went the extra mile to make our experience a great one. We will definitely shop at Coast again.

  We were happy with the overall shopping experience and found exactly what we wanted at a good price. However the trouble came when the appliances were delivered. We purchased two full sets of Frigidaire appliances (for a basement suite and main floor). Our main floor fridge was delivered broken (it wouldn’t get cold). Coast said they requested a technician for us, when none came we called again and it turned out the request was never put in. When we finally got a service request in, it took almost a week for them to come. When he came he confirmed that the fridge was faulty and would need to be replaced. It took another week for the manufacturer to tell us they would NOT replace our fridge but would only try to fix it. Despite the fact that we paid significant money for a brand new, working fridge. They also informed us it would take 10 business days to even get a technician to come look at it again. We ended going almost 6 weeks without the fridge. I was so excited about the appliances but am so disappointed in the way they treat their customers.
