Absolutely horrid. Took the truck in for a simple recall work and ABS system not working - which negated the traction control and the 4WD. Received the truck back - ABS fixed, but now the back up camera didn't work. Immediately went back in the dealership, got told by Chelsea that it was a coincidence, and can't put it on record that it now isn't working (no where to note it). Took it back in the following week, to address back up camera. Appointment was at 9:30 a.m.. Waited in the dealership. Chelsea came out at 2:30 p.m. and told us "we looked at it for 2.5 hours, "just coincidence" "can't find the problem" "if you want anything done, have to pay" for them to keep looking. At that point, just wanted to take the truck home. Noticed while leaving the dealership lot that there was no reverse light or driver's tail light. Called Aaron Dash, service manager - got told "just a coincidence" "nothing we did caused those problems" "we looked for 2.5 hours for the problem and I'm not paying my guys to look any more." Took it to an independent mechanic - and within minutes the problem was located! I'm sure you're all curious now - the problem was - when the dealership mechanic accessed the junction box, which connects the wiring harness to chassis; there is a lever to lock the two halves together. The lever had been broken, and they had zip-stripped it together to hold it in place. The zip-strips weren't tight enough, causing further problems (tail light and reverse light). Note - this is the first time this truck has been worked on since it was bought. Now, in order to fix it, have to replace both halves of the wiring harness, to replace the broken lever, and that's $800 per side. This junction box must be taken apart to diagnose any wiring problems. Yes, the ABS got fixed, but it resulted in roughly $2000 worth of damages to fix. Tried to contact the general manager, Kevin Stronk, left multiple messages, and he hasn't returned any of them. Bang up service Dodge City.
