- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★2020-08-06, by Rachel RongveI went in on Boxing Day to upgrade my phone! Nicholas was the one who helped me he was really nice and really helpful! He made sure I knew every little detail about my phone and my new plan. Made sure I knew what I was paying for, and helped me with the right choice on which phone to get. He had put on my new screen protector and after I had left I realized there was some dirt underneath it so I went back and I felt really bad but they were super nice about it and put on a new screen protector free of charge! Will definitely use them again for my next upgrade :)
