  They called to book our appointment for the next day once we called into the manufacturers for warranty. Then the next day when we called to confirm - they didn't have it marked down. They had forgot?? To top it off we waited a month to have parts replaced (which we know is a manufacturer issue, though when I called the manufacturer - they released the part sooner) but when calling for updates they did not even answer the phone on more than one occasion. The repair tech was friendly and handled it quickly once the part showed up but I certainly would not choose them again based on the seemingly lack of customer service.
