I took it in today and explained what was going on and within the hour Gordon had rotated and balanced wheels at no charge to me. Vehicle runs nice and smooth. Thanks very much for attentive service and customer care. I will be continuing business with them on any future tire needs and would recommend them highly to anyone who is considering trying them out.
