  Long story short, cashier lady was very rude and unprofessional when I asked for a pen to sign a lottery ticket. Next time just go to a locally owned pharmacy rather than these big corporate stores that hire rude and poorly trained individuals.

  Pharmacy is the rudest one i have ever dealt with the pharmasist is the fat guy with hair on the sides and bald on top thats his physical appearence. I will edit this once i know his name. He probably thought i was dumb and didnt know my rights, he denied me the expence summary on my daughters account. Until I reminded him of the fact Iam the legal gaurdian of the child and have the right to obtain that kind of document. He said it wont be ready till tomorrow he gave attitude the entire time. I was only trying to straighten things out so that my downsyndrome daughter with a gtube and pump had the formula that is the only thing she can eat and that shoppers drug mart gets paid. All this happened because of my insurance with provincial training allowence I recently switched from social services to pta now im in 4000 in debt with shoppers. Shoppers knew of this since the 24th of January and didnt contact me. Plus why would a business back charge pta 4 months without questioning them about the money. My house phone number is on my childs account with shoppers drug mart so there is no excuse as to why I wasnt informed of these important changes to her account. So unprofessional did not feel greeted or happy or even valued so i will be switching pharmacys and do not at all recommend them to anyone.
